MEMBERSHIPS

MEMBERSHIP INCLUSIONS, COST AND TERM

Membership Inclusion Per Week:

- 1 x 45 min Infrared Sauna
- Unlimited Salt (45 min) Sessions

- Access to all Heart Space studio classes included in membership
- $50 Float (60 min) sessions (normally $70)
- Friends and Family benefits see below

 

Price per week (non founding members):
Membership Plan $42.00

Concession $40.00*

* Concession (OAP/Disability Pension) & 16-17yrs. Card ID must be presented on the day of purchase.

Payable weekly via direct debit.

Term:

Minimum Term 12 Weeks Total.


Friends and Family benefits:

Add an additional salt or sauna session for a family member or friend at a discounted rate.
- Add 1 Adult Salt session: $25.00
- Add 1 Adult Sauna session: $30.00


TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

ADMINISTRATION
● Management Plans are not refundable or transferable.
● Surfcoast Wellness Rooms reserve the right to cancel a Membership Plan if the client does not comply with these T&C’s.

 

TERM OF MANAGEMENT PLAN & ENTITLEMENTS
● The treatment sessions do not accumulate if not used each week
● Bookings are essential and must be made via MINDBODY
● Double sessions only take place in designated session times and must be booked in advanced
● The membership plan cannot be shared amongst family members or friends
● Additional Adult prices are conditional upon the treatment room being shared with the member
● Appointments are subject to availability; late cancellations (less than 3 hours) $20 late fee may apply.

 

PAYMENT ON CLIENT STATEMENT
● Our Payment Plans are an automatic weekly deduction from either a debit or credit card, or bank account
● You are responsible for your weekly payments; please let your centre know if your card or account needs to be updated.
● Direct Debit bank payments will show Surfcoast Wellness Rooms on your bank statement.
● If there are insufficient funds at the time of your scheduled withdrawal, a fee of $14.80 may apply.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
● Membership Plans cancelled during the Minimum Term must be paid out in full or have a doctor’s certificate if unwell.
● All Membership Plans are ongoing, however, after the Minimum Term you have the right to cancel your Plan by written notice to
welcome@surfcoastwellnessrooms.com.au
● Clients who fail to provide their written request for membership cancellation will not be refunded for any payments
● To cancel your payment plan you must sign a cancellation form & submit it prior to next scheduled payment.


SUSPENSION POLICY
● Management Plans can be suspended for a maximum term of 1 weeks in the Minimum Term stated above.
● Clients must specify a start date and finish date in duration’s of 7 days. Early reactivation is permissible.
● Surfcoast Wellness Rooms cannot back date if a client forgets to suspend their Management Plan.
● Suspension date must be before Thursday 1pm and will be to the next Friday. Suspensions will take place in full weeks only.
● Clients must complete a suspension form & submit to Surfcoast Wellness Rooms staff prior to commencement of the suspension.
